Middle School is a time of transition and self-growth. Students at this age are beginning to question their environments and are inquisitive to their place in it.

At Phoenix Academy, our goal is to educate students academically, emotionally and socially. We continue with the mission of our elementary school and focus on educating each student with an emphasis on their individual strengths and weaknesses. Character education is an important part of the middle school experience. Students need to feel safe and accepted. At Phoenix, we are extremely diligent about the education of acceptance of others and our zero tolerance bullying stances. Students enjoy PE, art, music and computers on a weekly basis. Our middle school students also have the opportunity to participate in the annual school play. We know the importance of getting our middle school students out into the world around them; therefore, field trips are an important part of the middle school experience.
