Your Child and the Charter School Education Interest Survey

(Survey will take 3-5 minutes and involves seven short questions exploring your family’s educational needs and aspirations.
Phoenix Academy is High Point’s only charter school and has been recognized as a North Carolina Honor School of Excellence. We draw students from a 5-county area.

The school is publicly-funded and privately managed, with a unique philosophy of educating the whole child. We currently teach kindergarten through 5th grade.
We would like to get your thoughts on the educational needs of our community, so that we continue to do the best possible job in providing an educational platform that builds both the character and the knowledge of our children.
